The new studio.
Black Sneaker Souls Recording Studio is a new facility offering analog and digital recording options. Located in Greenville, South Carolina, we offer competitive pricing for projects large and small, special demo packages, and a laid-back working atmosphere. Full production assistance and session musicians are also available at very reasonable rates. In addition, the studio is home to an ever-expanding collection of quality gear, including many unique and colorful vintage pieces. We welcome and are inspired by a broad spectrum of musical expression, from intimate balladry to full-scale aural assault.
As home to the Black Sneaker Souls music collective, we feel that our studio is here to help support and nuture the local and regional music scene. We don’t just want to help serve local musicians – we are local musicians.

Single Single – our first new tune!

Let’s get this picture started already! Here’s the first tune to emerge from the new recording set-up. Just an impromptu riff jam we gussied up in some thrift store guitar and harmonica wheeze. Might monkey with the mix sometime down the road, but we’ve already learned a lot about getting some good shitty sounds. We’ll probably add a link to a higher-quality WAV version later, too. Enjoy it, kids! Hopefully the turnaround will be quicker on the next tune.
